What is Eyelash Extensions?

Eyelash extensions are the semi-permanent eyelashes that are applied on your natural lash to create the most desired look, with extensions and adding volume to your natural lash. To achieve a desired look you will have three primary options to choose, the length, curl and the volume of lashes. If you are not familiar, then our technician will help you to choose one. We offer few different types of lash extensions and lash treatments that we have explained below.

How is Eyelash Extensions done?

  • Preparation
    A no reaction patch test is required. Avoid any oil products on lashes, however the technician will clean up the area to remove any make up and dirt.
  • Consultation
    You will be given an electronic consultation form that includes your health conditions, consent and about your existing lashes itself, your technician will explain it all.
  • Application
    The technician will apply lash extension’s to your each existing natural lash using a semi-permanent glue. These extensions are carefully applied without getting in contact to your skin (eye lids). You will be required to close your eyes through out the process and this can take anywhere between 25 to 90 minutes depending on the type of lash you choose.

Lash Confidence

At Dream Beauty Studio, eyelash treatments are performed only by the trained professional through an accredited training program and not from any crash course or in-house training. The term safety is not just with the technician but it also depends on how you take care of them after leaving the salon.

⚠️Beware

Beware of the techniques & procedures used by your lash technician. Lash treatments are saturated with similar treatment but with different names often leads to confusion and there are many ways to get the procedure wrong if a technician is not properly trained. A good technician will always consult and discuss about the lashes and collects records for reference and follows the right & safe procedure. Patience is the key and the end product is obvious with the results.

FAQ

Know more about Eyelashes

Follow our after care advice. We recommend you to infill lashes after 2 to 3 weeks based on the condition.

Eyelash Tinting

You will require Tinting to your lashes especially when your hair colour is lighter than extensions (fake lashes)

  • You must be 16+ and fill the consultation form.
  • Read our FAQ’s for basic questions and answers about lashes.
  • A patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment with no reaction result if you are new to us or if you haven’t had a eyelash treatment in the past 180 days.
  • Do not wet the lashes for next 24 hrs and be gentle when your hands get in contact.

Although we accept walk-ins, booking is always recommended for eyelashes
