The updated Scottish government's guidelines do not allow any treatment to be carried straight in front of the face where splashes and droplets from the nose and mouth may be present. These are treated as "high risk zones". You can view the guidelines here.
You will be also required to wear masks for your entire visit. Hence, the lip threading / waxing will not be available until further notice.

A patch test is a procedure to ensure that you are safe and have no allergic reaction to the product being used on you for the treatment.
The procedure of getting patch test is fairly simple, a small amount of the product that is specific to the treatment is applied on your skin, mostly behind the ears. This should be done in less than a minute.
