Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Dream Beauty Studio hereinafter referred to as “the Salon.”
1. Appointment Policy:
1.1. Clients are required to schedule appointments wherever necessary and have the confirmation of the appointment.
1.2. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
1.3. Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
1.4 Appointments may be cancelled or amended in the event of any emergency / unavailability of the technician / therapist. We will contact you to rearrange the appointment to the next earliest available slot.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
2.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
2.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee (if charged).
3. Payment Policy:
3.1. Payment is due at the time of service.
3.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards or valid gift cards
3.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4 If there’s a change in price, you’ll be billed based on the current price on the day of the service, not the price at the time of your booking.
4. Refund Policy:
4.1. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the Salon management.
4.2. Refunds may be provided in the form of salon credit or original payment method, depending on the circumstances.
4.3. Contact us within 24hrs from the time of treatment for quicker resolution.
4.4. Refunds will not be issued for and complaints that are not raised directly to the salon management or raised after 72hrs from the time of treatment.
5. Health and Safety:
5.1. Clients must disclose any relevant health information or allergies prior to receiving services.
5.2. Clients must disclose relevant questions and fill the electronic form related to the service when demanded.
5.3. The Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
6. Conduct:
6.1. Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and other clients.
6.2. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
7. Liability:
7.1. The Salon is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of its services or products.
7.2. Clients acknowledge and accept any risks associated with the services provided.
7.3 Clients must follow the selfcare procedures(before and after treatment) as listed on our website
8. Personal Belongings:
8.1. The Salon is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises by clients.
8.2. Clients are encouraged to keep valuables secure during their visit.
8.3 In case of any loss we can help you with the relevant CCTV footage to assist you
9. Feedback and Complaints:
9.1. The Salon welcomes feedback from clients to improve its services.
9.2. Any complaints should be addressed to salon management promptly for resolution.
10. Modifications:
10.1. The Salon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or prominently displayed notices within the Salon premises.
