Job Description

You will play an important role in the business towards the day to day activities and target the improvement of the overall business.

Core Skills

• • Must have extensive management experience
  • Good computing knowledge to use basic systems to extract & analyse business reports and to support the day to day activities
  • Vision to develop new trends and adapt to the latest standards.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Staff management
  • Client management and followups
  • Experience with core duties of the salon that includes Threading, Eyelash Extensions, Waxing & Nails

Duties

• • Manage and oversee daily salon operations
  • Efficient scheduling of appointments through the salon management software.
  • Maintaining standards, co-ordinating staff and assisting in every way to ensure the salon is run in a professional and 5 Star manner.
  • Hold regular team meetings, including departmental and management.
  • To carry out appraisals and reviews in accordance with the company procedure.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Train, supervise, and motivate salon staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Experience

• • Previous experience in a salon or spa management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
  • Experience in supervising and training salon staff
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
